International shipping
International shipping availability, costs and delivery times may vary.
If international delivery is offered, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or local charges unless stated otherwise.
Customs delays are outside our control.
Failed delivery or uncollected parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was unsuccessful, the address was incorrect, or the parcel was not collected, we will contact you to arrange the next step.
